Rainshed Boards
Rainshed Decking/Top Deck, Inc. (hereinafter “Top Deck”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that, for the period of time set forth in the following sentence, under normal use and service conditions, Top Deck’s Rainshed Deck Boards (the “Product”) shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials and shall not crack or split. The term of such a warranty shall be twenty-five (25) years from the date of original purchase. If such a defect appears, Top Deck will, at its option, supply replacement product and labor costs (not including freight, taxes, or any other expenses associated with removal and reinstallation), or repair the product, or adjust the product, or refund the original purchase price; provided, Purchaser must notify Top Deck in writing within thirty (30) days of the appearance of the defect. Under all circumstances, Top Deck’s maximum liability under the warranty will be limited to the paid purchase price. ________
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER THE LAW, THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT COVER AND TOP DECK SHALL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS AND EXPENSES INCURRED WITH RESPECT TO THE REMOVAL OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. UNDER ALL
CIRCUMSTANCES, TOP DECK’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY UNDER THE WARRANTY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PAID PURCHASE PRICE.
New Deck: Frame
Rainshed Decking/Top Deck, Inc. (hereinafter “Top Deck”) warrants to the original purchaser that, for the period of time set forth in the following sentence, under normal use and service conditions, the Top Deck Frame (the “Product”) shall be
free from material defects and shall not rot or suffer structural damage from fungal decay. The term of such a warranty
shall be twenty-five (25) years from the date of original purchase. Top Deck will, at its option, supply replacement product and labor costs (not including, freight, taxes, or any other expenses associated with removal and reinstallation), or repair the product, or adjust the product, or refund the original purchase price; provided, Purchaser must notify Top Deck in writing within thirty (30) days of the appearance of the defect. Under all circumstances, Top Deck’s maximum liability
under the warranty will be limited to the paid purchase price. The limited warranty is in conjunction with Top Deck’s 25-
year limited warranty on Rainshed boards. _________

Re-deck: Existing Frame
Rainshed Decking/Top Deck, Inc. (hereinafter “Top Deck”) warrants to the original purchaser that, for the period of time set forth in the following sentence, under normal use and service conditions, the Original Frame shall be free from material defects and shall not rot or suffer structural damage from fungal decay. The term of such a warranty shall be fifteen (15) years from the date of original purchase. If such a defect appears, Top Deck will, at its option, cover the cost of labor to replace the frame (not to include cost or supply of Replacement Frame, freight, taxes, or any other expenses associated with removal and reinstallation), or repair the Original Frame. Purchaser must notify Top Deck in writing within thirty (30) days of the appearance of the defect. Under all circumstances, Top Deck’s maximum liability under the warranty will be limited to the cost of labor to replace the frame. The limited warranty is in conjunction with Top Deck’s 25-year limited warranty on Rainshed boards. ________
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER THE LAW, THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT COVER AND TOP DECK SHALL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS AND EXPENSES INCURRED WITH RESPECT TO SUPPLY OF MATERIALS, REPLACEMENT FRAME, FREIGHT, TAXES OR ANY OTHER EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION. TOP DECK IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF LABOR.
How to Make a Claim
To make a claim under this limited warranty, the Purchaser shall send to Top Deck, within the warranty period referred to on their signed warranty certificate, a description of the claimed defect and proof of purchase and installation, as well as proof of property ownership to the following address:

Top Deck reserves the right to request additional information, including but not limited to photos, original design documents, and field inspections. If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, Top Deck will, within a reasonable timeframe after the inspection, repair or provide replacement material or refund the amount paid by the Purchaser for the original Rainshed Boards and treated frame, per the terms of this limited warranty.
This 25-Year Limited Warranty is effective for products purchased after July 17, 2023.
